Product Information We specialize in high-performance forged wheels and custom-made rims for a wide range of vehicles including SUVs, pickup trucks, and luxury cars. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for reference only. Slight variations in color, finish, and design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen displays. 2. Custom Orders We offer personalized customizations including size, color, bolt pattern, and finish. Production Time: Custom wheels typically require 15-30 business days for manufacturing. No Cancellations or Modifications: Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or changed. 3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required before production or shipment. We accept major payment methods including PayPal, Credit Card, and Shopify Payments. 4. Shipping & Delivery We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other selected couriers. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country. 5. Return & Refund Policy Custom Wheels: Due to the made-to-order nature of custom forged wheels, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect. Non-Custom Products: For standard, non-custom products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for return authorization. Products must be unused and in original packaging. 6. Warranty We offer a 1-year limited structural warranty on all forged wheels. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Damage caused by improper installation, off-road use, accidents, or modifications are not covered. 7. Limitation of Liability China Forged Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. 8.
